How to use the Pages view

Click on the Pages view icon to expand the Pages screen. All pages in the document will be visible. You can:

  1. Click on a page - this will take you directly to that page in the document that you would like to redact.
  2. See pages that have been completed. They are identified by the green tick complete pages icon icon and will have the Mark page as completed tick box selected.
  3. See any pages that have redactions on the document by the selecting the redaction # icon.
  4. See image pages by the selecting the image image iconicon.
  5. Use the Set Filters option Set Filter iconto choose which pages of the document to view. When one of the filters is chosen, the Set Filter name will change to the name of the filter option chosen.
    a) Show Unredacted Pages - will show any pages in the document that have not been redacted yet.
    b) Show Incomplete Pages - will show any pages in the document that have some redaction on the page, but the Mark page as complete tick box has not been selected.
    c) Show Image Only Pages - will show pages in the document where an image takes up 40% of the page.

    NOTE: click on the Clear filter link to view all of the document pages.
