Appeals

There are three stages of the appeal process that can be found under the Reviews & Appeals section on the left menu, Internal Reviews, ICO Appeals and Information Tribunals. When an appeal is requested, these are created as a separate case to the FOI case type, but linked so that the FOI case and Appeal process history can be seen.
