Workbasket Overview
The Workbasket is your home page. All of the cases that have been assigned to you will appear in your Workbasket.
The Workbasket screen is made up of several areas:
Explanation of the eCase menu bar
An overview of the Workbasket screen
An explanation of the different tabs you will see depending on the roles you have assigned to your user account.
You can filter your Workbasket to reduce the number of cases shown in your Workbasket.
