Maintain your Organogram
The organogram is used to show hierarchical relationships between the teams in your organisational structure for producing reports and assigning users their roles. You can add, edit, move and archive teams within this structure.
- To access the Organogram, go to the More menu and select Organogram in the Settings column.
- Select the name of the team you would like to view or modify. Four action buttons will become available for you to use.
Button Description Add subteam The Add subteam button allows you to add additional teams to the organogram for reporting and assigning users to roles for that team. Edit The Edit button will allow you to update the Short name and the team Name. The teams will be ordered alphabetically based on the team name within their hierarchy. Move If a team changes reporting line, use the Move button to change the position of the team in the organogram. For reporting, all historical and new cases will reflect the new structure. Users will also automatically move in the Organogram with the team.
If you want to maintain reporting of the historical cases to the old team, then instead of moving the team, you will need to archive it and create a new team.
The Move button will not be available at the top level of the organogram, as this is the name of your organisation.Archive If a team is disbanded, or two teams merge, the unwanted teams on the organogram can be archived, using the Archive button. If this is done by accident, or the team is reintroduced at a later date, the team can be restored.
