SAML Single Sign On

eCase supports the SAML 2.0 protocol for Single Sign On (SSO).

To enable SAML SSO there are four steps:

  1. Configure your Identity Provider (IdP) to recognise eCase as a Service Provider (SP) and send the user attributes required by eCase in a SAML Response.
  2. Configure eCase to recognise your IdP.
  3. Test your changes to verify all the settings are correct.
  4. Enable SAML.


There are three Identity Providers that have been tested with eCase and have detailed configuration instructions. If you have a different IdP, consult your IDP's documentation for specific details and refer to the Configuration instructions for other IdPs section.
