SAML Single Sign On
eCase supports the SAML 2.0 protocol for Single Sign On (SSO).
To enable SAML SSO there are four steps:
- Configure your Identity Provider (IdP) to recognise eCase as a Service Provider (SP) and send the user attributes required by eCase in a SAML Response.
- Configure eCase to recognise your IdP.
- Test your changes to verify all the settings are correct.
- Enable SAML.
There are three Identity Providers that have been tested with eCase and have detailed configuration instructions. If you have a different IdP, consult your IDP's documentation for specific details and refer to the Configuration instructions for other IdPs section.
- Azure AD
- Google G Suite
