Disable SAML

When you disable SAML, all users attempting to Sign In to eCase will need to enter an Email address and password. Any users whose account was created from your SAML IdP will need to use the Forgot your password link to create a password on their eCase account.

The user will not be able to Sign In to eCase if they do not have a password. If they try six times, their eCase user account will be suspended.

To disable SAML, follow the steps below:

1. Once signed into eCase, go to the More menu on the eCase menu bar and click on the drop down arrow.
2. Select the SAML Settings link under the Settings column. The SAML Settings page appears.
3. Click the Disable SAML radio button.
4. Click on the Save button.
   
   NOTE SAML Sign In will be disabled immediately. Any users who are currently signed in will be unaffected.
