Close a Case

Once the case has been investigated, the response drafted, any quality assurances completed and the response sent to the correspondent, it is time to close the case. The first step is to complete the FOI Outcome and then close the case.

For statistical purposes, each FOI or DPR request must have a case outcome logged. All details of the case must be complete as this is the last stage in the process.
