How to move a team in the Organogram

Within your organisation, teams may change reporting line. To mirror these changes on eCase, you can move the team within the Organogram to reflect the new hierarchy. All team users, their roles and any mailboxes will move with the team.

1. Go to the More menu and select the Organogram link under the Settings section.
2. Select the name of the team you want to move. The action buttons become available.
3. Select the Move button. The Move pop up window appears.
4. In the Move underneath field, select the drop down arrow and choose the team where you would like the team to move to. Or, place your mouse in the Move underneath field and start to type out the name of the new reporting team. This will reduce the list of teams to choose from.
5. Once the new team has been chosen, select the Move button. To go back to the Organogram without making changes, select the Cancel link.
