Adding users using the Organogram
To use eCase, a user must have an active user account with relevant privileges and roles that enables them to perform their eCase tasks. Users can be added via the Organogram or People screen.

From the organogram you can add one or more people to a team in one go.
From the Organogram link, you can see which roles a user has in a team along with the case types they are responsible for.
A person and their assigned roles can be deleted from a team from the Organogram screen.
You can add a user to eCase prior to them registering on the system.
