Filter Workbasket
You can filter your Workbasket to reduce the number of cases shown in your Workbasket. For example, to find a specific case, view cases from a specific case type, or from a specific correspondent.
The filters are hidden. Click on the Show Filters icon to view the filter criteria.
| Part | Function |
| Case Ref | Type in the exact case reference you would like to view on your Workbasket in the format xxxYYYY/nnnnn. |
| Case Type | Type of case, for example freedom of information. Select one or more case types to filter your Workbasket by. |
| Case Subject | Enter all or part of the case title. |
| Correspondent | Enter the correspondents name in full or part. |
| Status | Click on the status drop down arrow to view all of the status options available in your Workbasket. Refer to the Status / Due Date section in the Workbasket screen. |
| Information | Click on the information drop down arrow to view the different types of information being requested from you. Refer to the Information section in the Workbasket screen. |
| Apply Filter | Apply one or more of the filters and click on the Apply Filter button to reduce the number of cases shown on your Workbasket. |
| Clear Filter | To view all cases assigned to you, click on the Clear Filter link. |
