Workbasket tabs
Depending on the roles and privileges you have assigned to your user account, you will see one or more tabs in your Workbasket.

My Work |
A list of all of the cases that are assigned to you, cases you have started to create or that are allocated to a Hub you are a member of. |

Hub |
A list of all of the cases that were originally assigned to a Hub. It will show who the case is now assigned to and at what stage of the process the case is at. You will only see this tab if your user account has the Manage a hub privilege assigned to it. |

Draft Cases |
A list of cases that have yet to be allocated to a Hub or drafter. Only users with the privilege Monitor draft cases, will see this tab. |

Watching Cases |
A list of the cases that you are watching. |
|
Open Cases |
A list of cases that are open on eCase. Only users with the Monitor open cases privilege will see this tab. |
| Awaiting Allocation | A list of cases that have been assigned a Case Reference number, but have not be allocated to a team member to process the case. |
|
Awaiting Clarification |
A list of cases where there is not enough information in the original request to process the case and new information is being requested from the correspondent. Only users with the Manage cases Awaiting Allocation privilege will see this tab. |
