Team Case List

To add the email section Team Case List to the digest email, follow the steps below. This will provide a list of cases that are currently open and assigned to the team. You can view the overall target date of when the case should be completed along with the target date of when a draft response is due. For ease, cases can be accessed from the email as long as the user has an account on eCase.

  1. Click on the Add a section link or the + Add Section button to add a section to the email.
  2. Choose the Team Case List section and click on the + Add This Section button.

    The Team Case List email section will be added in a draft format and will not be included in the digest email until the details have been saved.
  3. A list of fields will now be available. Select as required.

    Field Description
    Title Enter in a title for the section that will be displayed at the top of the email section.
    Description Optional: enter in a description that will be sent with the data to help explain the information to the recipient.
    Show cases that are Choose which team you would like to show cases for by highlighting the radio dial next to:

    - Teams the recipient is a member of
    - With specific teams
    - Not yet in any teams
    - With any team


    If you choose to report on a specific team, then the Show cases with field becomes available. Use the drop down arrow to select one or more teams to report on.
    Show case types Choose which case type you would like to include in the report by highlighting the radio dial next to:

    · All
    · Specific types

    If you choose to report on specific types, then the Case Types field becomes available. Use the drop down arrow to select one or more case types to report on.
    Always include If you would always like to include this section in the digest email even if the data will be empty, keep the default Always include this section even if it's empty. If you would like to hide this section if the data is empty, untick the Always include this section even if it's empty tick box.
    Correspondence description If you would like to include the Correspondence description, for each case type, in the digest email select the Show correspondence description on this section tick box.
    Received date Keep the default of Any to report on open cases that have been received on any date. If you want to specify a date, select one of the date options by selecting the drop down arrow next to the Received date field.

    · Within a specific number of working days. The Received date within field appears. Add in the number of days you would like to report on.
    - Within a specific number of days (including weekends). The Received date within field appears. Add in the number of days you would like to report on.
    Target date Keep the default of Any to report on open cases that have any target date, or select one of the options by selecting the drop down arrow next to the Target date field.

    · Within a specific number of days. The Target date within field appears. Add in the number of days you would like to report on.
    Drafter target date Keep the default of Any to report on cases that have any drafter target date, or select one of the options by selecting the drop down arrow next to the Drafter target date field.

    · Tomorrow
    · This week
    · This month
    · Within a specific number of days. The Drafter target date within field appears. Add in the number of days you would like to report on.
    Number of times rejected (Optional) Enter in a number to filter cases which have been rejected by a drafter. The results will show the number equal to or greater than the number entered.
    Current workflow stage (Optional) Report on the number of cases that are at different stage of the process. Select one or more of the options by using the drop down arrow at the end of the field.
    Cases with these Key Terms (Optional) Select one or more of the key terms that you would like to filter the cases on by using the drop down arrow at the end of the field.
  4. Once the Team Case List section has been chosen and the relevant filters set, select the Save section button. This will change the section fromDraft to Active.

    Once the section has been added, a number of options become available.
    If you would like to… Then…
    Edit the section details Select the Edit link.
    Preview the section information Select the Preview link.
    Delete the section Select the Delete link.
    Move the section to a different position on the email Select the Move up or Move down links.

    NOTE Select the + Add Section button to add other email sections, like the Correspondent Type Case List details, Standard Line Changes details or Team Statistics details.
