How to subscribe to a Public Digest email

Anyone who uses eCase can subscribe to Public Digest emails that they would like to receive. To subscribe, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign into eCase. Refer to the How to Sign into eCase section.
  2. Click on the eCase More menu.
  3. Select Digest Emails in the Management menu.
  4. In the Public Digest Emails section, review the description of the digest email. If you would like to subscribe to the email, place a tick in the Subscribed tick box.
