Unsuspend a digest email

To unsuspend a digest email and restart distribution as per the distribution schedule, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign into eCase. Refer to the How to Sign into eCase section.
  2. Click on the eCase More menu.
  3. Select Digest Emails in the Management menu.

    The Digest Emails screen appears. Click on the Edit link at the end of the digest email you would like to unsuspend from distribution.
  4. At the top of the screen, click on the Unsuspend link or click on the Unsuspend this digest email link.
  5. A message appears to let you know that the reactivation will restart the email distribution. Click on the OK button if you would like to start the schedule again. The This digest email has been unsuspended message appears.
