Reports

There are several pre-defined reports that are available on eCase.

Reports can be run instantly, scheduled to be run for a later date or viewed on screen. To run a report, see the run a report section.

NOTE to have access to reports, you must have the Run Reports privilege on your user account.

To access the reports screen, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign into eCase. Refer to the How to Sign into eCase section.
  2. Click on the eCase More menu.
  3. Select Reports in the Management menu. The Reports screen appears where you can select one of the reports to run.

The reports screen provides you with a list of reports that you have access to. The Reports screen is broken down into:

  • Report Info – a list of the reports available and a brief description of each report.
  • Last Complete Run – will provide a link to the last report that has been run, the time and date.
