Reports
There are several pre-defined reports that are available on eCase.
Reports can be run instantly, scheduled to be run for a later date or viewed on screen. To run a report, see the run a report section.
NOTE to have access to reports, you must have the Run Reports privilege on your user account.
To access the reports screen, follow the steps below.
- Sign into eCase. Refer to the How to Sign into eCase section.
- Click on the eCase More menu.
- Select Reports in the Management menu. The Reports screen appears where you can select one of the reports to run.
The reports screen provides you with a list of reports that you have access to. The Reports screen is broken down into:
- Report Info – a list of the reports available and a brief description of each report.
- Last Complete Run – will provide a link to the last report that has been run, the time and date.
