Last Complete Run

The Last Complete Run column will show the last time and date the report was run. Click on the date and time link to view the details. The screen has two tabs:

  • Run Information
    • Report Output – will detail the name of the original report, what the run status is and a copy of the report output.
    • Scheduling – provides details of when the report was scheduled, the date it was deleted, the name you have provided for the report and any additional schedule notes.
    • Delete Run – a report can be deleted from the Run History list. This will remove the report from the Run History list, but it will still be available to view by clicking on the Show Deleted Runs link. To delete a report, click on the Delete Run button.

  • Parameters – will show the parameters used to run the report. Examples of some of the parameters area below.
    • Period Interval – manual, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly.
    • Date In Period – refers to the date from which the interval will be calculated. For example, if a date in March is selected with a period interval of monthly, the report will be based on 1st March to 31st March. Using the same date, the quarterly interval, will pick up the dates from the relevant quarter eg 1st January to 31st March.
    • Received date from/to
    • Department – indicates which department was chosen for the report to be based on.
    • Case Target From/To

    Parameters are view only. If you would like to change any of the parameters, you will need to run the report again using the Schedule Report Run button on the Report Info section.
