FOI Reports
There are several reports that are available for Freedom of Information requests.
| Report Name | Description |
| FOI Case Summary | Provides a list of the cases that were received within the queried dates. It shows the case reference, when the request was received, when it was created, if there is a PIT extension (public interest test), if the case is open or closed. If closed, it will report the outcome, any exceptions, the group/team who responded, the correspondence description and the title of the case. |
| Information Commissioner Annual Report | The Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the associated Environmental Information Regulations 2004 came fully into force on the 1st January 2005. This act allows individuals to request information from public bodies. In order to provide transparency on the handling of these requests, the Cabinet Office produces annual and quarterly reports of its use. This eCase report can be run to feed into the annual report to submit to the Cabinet Office. |
