How to copy and customise a digest email

Once a digest email has been created, you have the ability to copy and customise the details. Any team member can copy and customise a public or personal digest email, rename it, add sections or keep the details the same.

To copy and customise a digest email, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign into eCase. Refer to the How to Sign into eCase section.
  2. Click on the eCase More menu.
  3. Select Digest Emails in the Management menu.
  4. Review the Digest Emails and click on the Copy and customise link in the Actions column of the digest email you would like to copy.

    NOTE if you copy and customise a public digest email, it will automatically move it to a personal digest email.
  5. Click on the Edit link and modify the copied email as required.

    - to change the Name, Description or Email Subject, click on the Edit Name, Description & Email Subject link. Modify the Name, Description or Email Subject fields and click on the Save button.
    - amend the Email Distribution schedule if required.
    - add or modify any of the Email sections.
