Access digest emails
To access digest emails, follow the steps below:
- Sign into eCase. Refer to the How to Sign into eCase section.
- Click on the eCase More menu.
- Select Digest Emails in the Management menu.
The Digest Emails screen appears where you can edit, copy and customise or add a new digest email templates.
If there are no digest email templates created, you will see two create links. One for public digest emails, Create a public digest email, and one for personal digest emails, Create a personal digest email.
The steps to create a digest email are similar for a public or personal digest email. The only difference is who the email is distributed to. For both digest emails, there are a number of steps to follow.
- Create the name of the email template, along with the description of what the digest email will include.
- Schedule when the email will be distributed. For public digest emails,
you will also schedule who the email will be distributed to.
- Confirm what sections of information will be included on the digest email: standard line changes, team case list and/or team statistics.
