Delete a digest email

To delete a digest email, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign into eCase. Refer to the How to Sign into eCase section.
  2. Click on the eCase More menu.
  3. Select Digest Emails in the Management menu. The Digest Emails screen appears. Click on the Edit link at the end of the digest email you would like to delete.
  4. At the top of the screen, click on the Delete link.
  5. A message appears asking if you would like to permanently delete the digest email. If you would like to go ahead with the delete, click on the OK button. A message appears confirming that the template has been deleted.
