Team Statistics

To add the email section Team Statistics to the digest email, follow the steps below. This will provide an overview of the number of cases that are currently open, overdue or have been closed within target for specific case types for a team or department.

  1. Click on the Add a section link or the + Add Section button to add a section to the email.
  2. Choose the Team Statistics section and click on the + Add This Section button.

    The Team Statistics email section will be added in a draft format and will not be included in the digest email until the details have been saved.
  3. A list of fields will now be available. Select as required.

    FieldDescription
    TitleEnter in a title for the section that will be displayed at the top of the email section.
    DescriptionOptional: enter in a description that will be sent with the data to help explain the information to the recipient.
    Show cases forChoose which team you would like to show cases for by highlighting the radio dial next to:

    · Teams the recipient is a member of
    · Specific teams

    If you choose to report on a specific team, then the Show cases for teams field becomes available. Use the drop down arrow to select one or more teams to report on.
    Show case typesChoose which case type you would like to include in the report by highlighting the radio dial next to:

    · All
    · Specific types

    If you choose to report on specific types, then the Case types to include field becomes available. Use the drop down arrow to select one or more case types to report on.
  4. Once the Team Statistics section has been chosen and the relevant filters set, click on the Save section button. This will change the section fromdraft to active.

    Once the section has been added, a number of options become available.
    If you would like to…Then…
    Edit the section detailsClick on the Edit link.
    Preview the section informationClick on the Preview link.
    Delete the sectionClick on the Delete link.
    Move the section to a different position on the emailClick on the Move up or Move down links.

    NOTE Click on the + Add Section button to add the Correspondent Type Case List details, Standard Line Changes details or Team Case List details.
