Target Clocks

There are two target clocks allocated to a case.

• Case Clock – shows the number of days that are left to investigate the case, the target date for completing the case and the target days originally allocated.
• Drafter Clock – shows the drafter the number of day they have left to investigate the case, the target date for completing their information and the target days allocated to them to complete their information on the case.

If a drafter has to request information from a contributor or request for a QA on the case, this must all be completed within the target days allocated on the Drafter Clock.
