Restore an archived email template

To restore an archived email template, follow the steps below.

  1. Select the eCase More menu and then Email Templates in the Settings menu.
  2. Select the relevant email template tab where you can find the email template category for the email template you would like to restore.
  3. Select the name of the email template category to view the list of email templates for that category.
  4. Select the Show archived link to view all of the email templates with an Active or Archived icon.
  5. At the end of the template you would like to activate again, select the Restore link. The email template now shows with an Active icon and can be used again.
  6. Select the Hide archived link to show the active email templates for this email template category.
