Modify an email template
To modify an email template, follow the steps below.
- Select the eCase More menu and then Email Templates in the Settings menu.
- Select the relevant email template tab to show the email template category within that tab.
- Select the name of the email template category to view the list of email templates for that category.
- At the end of the template you would like to modify, select the Edit link next to the pencil icon.
- Modify any of the fields as described in the Add an email template section. Preview the email to make sure the email template is correct and the mail merge fields show sample data. If you need to continue to modify the template select the Edit email link. If everything is correct, select the Save button.
