Archive an email template

An email template cannot be deleted, but it can be archived.

NOTE A template can only be archived if there are two or more email templates available for that category and the template is not a default email template.

To archive a template, follow the steps below.

  1. Select the eCase More menu and then Email Templates in the Settings menu.
  2. Select the relevant email template tab where you can find the email template category for the email template you would like to archive.
  3. Select the name of the email template category to view the list of email templates for that category.
  4. At the end of the template you would like to archive, select the Archive link next to the dustbin icon. The email template has been archived message is shown.
