Standard Line spreadsheet

The list of standard lines can be downloaded into an excel spreadsheet. To do this, click on the Download Spreadsheet link. Once the report has downloaded, click on the Open button.

The report will tell you:

• The status of the standard line, for example whether it is approved, is a draft or has expired.
• When the standard line was last updated.
• Who owns the standard line.
• If the standard line is attached to any key terms.
• What team the standard line is attached to.
• Usage statistics – how often the standard line has been used, whether it was modified and whether it was used in a rejected QA. If the standard line is continually being modified, it will indicate that the standard line will need to be changed.
