Submitting your contribution

Follow the steps below to complete your contribution.

  1. Review the Case documents and any Case notes available.
  2. Add your written response in the Your contribution area.
  3. Add in any documents that are required for your response by using the Attachments area.

    You can use either the Choose file... option or drag and drop a file into the Attachments area. The document will be saved under the Contribution/QA Documents type.
  4. Once your contribution to the case is complete, click on the Submit your contribution button. The Your response has been submitted message appears and the case will disappear from your Workbasket.

    NOTE If you have entered some information, but have not completed the contribution, click on the Come back later link. The data entered will be saved.
