Reply to All email Request

When an email is sent to request a contribution or quality assurance (QA) of a case, the recipient has the option to Reply to All to the email. This will attach their response to the relevant contribution or QA request.

# Select the link below to open an eLearning Module.

The eLearning Module will open in a new internet window.

- How to respond to a Contribution via email (Duration = 11 minutes)
- How to forward a contribution response into eCase that has been received into an email inbox (Duration = 11 minutes)

On the email, a specific email address will be added to each request stating what contribution or QA the request is for. For example CaseRefNumber/CON1@your-eCase where CON1 relates to the contribution request number 1. QA1 will relate to the quality assurance request number 1. Change the 'your-eCase' with the name of your eCase domain, for example FOI2017/00300/CON1@organisation.ecase.co.uk or FOI2017/00300/CON1@organisation.ecase.gsi.gov.uk.

When the response is received, it will be added directly to the Contribution or QA request. The email will also be available in the Documents section. The drafter will also receive an email stating that the contributor has sent a response. A copy of the response email will be attached.

NOTE The request will not be closed. You will be aware of the response from your email, so you will need to go into the case and use the Enter Response Yourself function to complete the Contribution or QA.
