Want to delete a Key Term and there are no cases using it.

The delete icon appears. Click on the delete icon and a warning message appears to tell you that the Key Term will be deleted permanently.

Click on the OK button to delete the key term. A deleted message appears.

Want to archive a Key Term where cases are using it.

The Key Term can be archived instead so that it cannot be used on any new cases. Click on the delete icon.

A message appears to say that the Key Term has been archived. It will continue to appear on cases where it was selected, but will not be available to select on new cases. Click on the OK button to confirm the archive.

To see any archived Key Terms, select the Show Archived link. Any Key Terms that are archived will be shown with the archived icon next to the name.

To restore the Key Term, click on the restore arrow icon .

The active icon will appear next to the Key Term. To hide the active/archived icons, select the Hide Archived link.

To save the actions, select the Save button.
