Add Comment

Any time a request is sent and an Add Comment box is available, text will be added to the case under the Notes section on the left menu.

Add comment

The note will also appear at the top of the Case Details screen for quick review.

Case Note

Once the note has been reviewed, click on the Mark as Read link. The overview of the note will disappear from the Case Details screen, but will still be available in the Notes section.
