How to remove a mandatory clearance
Once a person or team has been added to the mandatory clearance list, they can be removed at any time by the team member that added the mandatory clearance.
Follow the steps below to remove a person or team from the list.
- Go to your Workbasket and click on the Manage link, in the Actions column, for the case that you would like to remove a Mandatory Clearance from.
- Click
on the View mandatory clearances link
at the top of the Case Details
screen, or click on the Mandatory
Clearances (2) link on the left menu.
The Mandatory Clearances area is shown.
- Click on the Remove
link next to the person/team you would like to take off the Mandatory
Clearances list. The person/team still
appears on the list, but with a status of Removed.
