Search for a Role

When you access the Roles screen, a list of the roles will appear. If you would like to narrow the list shown, you can search in several ways.

1. Go to the More menu and select Roles under the Settings section.
2. Find the role you would like to view or manage.
   
   

   If you would like to…	Then…
   Search for a role	In the Role name field, type in the full or partial name of the role.
   Search for a privilege associated to a role	In the Privilege field, click on the drop down arrow and select the privilege you would like to search with, or place your mouse in the Privilege field and start to type the full or partial name of the privilege. A list of the matching privileges will appear. Select the relevant privilege you would like to search with.

3. Click on the Search button. A list of the roles will appear in the Role section.
4. Click on the name of the Role to view the details.
