Save a search
If you would like to run the same search multiple times, enter the search criteria for the first time and then save the search.
To do this, follow the steps below:
- Enter the search fields on the Case Search screen.
- Click on the Save This Search link. The Save This Search pop up window appears.
- Enter the name of the search in the Name field.
- In the Save field, tick whether you want the search to save the:
Fields - only the search fields will be saved, for example that the round robin field is visible
Fields and Values - the search field and the value entered in that field will be saved. For example, that the round robin is selected and the response is set to Yes. If you want to save the search as your default, tick the Make this my default tick box. This search will automatically appear next time you go into the Case Search screen.
