Download the search results

As well as the search results being visible at the bottom of the Case Search screen, the results can be downloaded into a spreadsheet that can be distributed to interested parties.

To download the spreadsheet, click on the Download Spreadsheet link. The name of the file will include a date and time of when the download was completed. The Excel spreadsheet will provide you with a list of the cases, what the status is, who the current owner is and various information about the case. If a case has an Internal Review, ICO Appeal or Tribunal, these will appear in separate tabs.
