How to access a case

If you would like to view the details in eCase, rather than responding to the QA via the email, then follow the steps below.

- How to respond to a Quality Assurance request in eCase (Duration = 19 minutes).

  1. Click on the Case Ref number in the email and sign into eCase. Refer to the How to Sign into eCase section.
  2. You will be taken directly to the Case Details screen. Review the case information.
  3. To respond to the QA request, click on the Workbasket link on the eCase menu. Under the Information column, you will see the type of QA required, for example Peer Review.

  4. Click on the Manage link under the Actions column. The Quality Assurance screen for your case appears.
