Managing Grouped Cases

Once a group of PQs has been created, you can manage which PQ is set as the lead case, you can ungroup PQs from the group, regroup some of the selected PQs and add additional cases to the group.

Select a PQ case from the Workbasket by using the Manage link, then click on the Grouped Cases link.

Would like to set a different PQ as the lead case

  • Click on the Set as Lead link. The PQ will now be set as the Lead Case.

Would like to ungroup the PQ

  • Click on the Ungroup link. The Ungroup Case pop up window appears.
  • Review the details and if you would still like to ungroup the PQ, click on the Ungroup button.

Would like to create a new group with some of the grouped PQs

  • Place a tick in the Select tick box for each PQ you would like to Regroup.
  • Click on the Regroup Selected button. The Select Lead Case pop up window appears.
  • Choose which PQ will be the lead case by selecting the radio dial button in the Lead Case column.
  • Click on the Regroup button.

Would like to add a PQ to the group

  • If you know the PQ Case Reference number, Click on the Grouped Cases link on the left menu and use the Search field.
  • Or, click on the Linked Cases link on the left menu and follow the steps in the Link PQ Cases to create a Group section.
