Do want the same answer

• Place a tick in the Select tick box.
• Click on the Close Selected button.
• If you are sure you want to close the PQ with the same answer, click on the OK button.
• The PQ is now closed.

If you do not want the PQ to be answered

• Click on the Ungroup link. The Ungroup Case pop up window appears.
• Review the details and if you would still like to ungroup the PQ, click on the Ungroup button.
