Draft Case for a new case via email

As you start to enter Case Details, the additional information is automatically saved in a draft format. On your Workbasket, you will see the new case with additional information now complete.

To add more information to the case, click on the Resume link.

NOTE a Case Ref will not be generated until the case has been allocated.
