Draft Case for manually entered cases
As you start to enter Case Details, the information is
automatically saved in a draft format.
On your Workbasket, you will
see the new case in the My Work tab
with the following descriptions.

| Field | Description |
| Case Ref | Not yet allocated |
| Status/Due Date | Draft |
| Information | Create Case |
| Actions | Resume |
To add more information to the case, click on the Resume link.
NOTE a Case Ref will not be generated until the case has been allocated.
