Draft Complaint Case

As you start to enter Case Details, the information is automatically saved in a draft format. On your Workbasket, you will see the new case in the My Work tab with the following descriptions.

Draft Complaints case that has no Case Reference number allocated to it

Description

Case Ref

Not yet allocated.

Case Type / Case Title

Complaint / Subject of the complaint from the Case Title field.

Correspondent

Name of the correspondent.

Status / Due Date

Draft. This will stay as a draft until the case is allocated.

To add more information to the complaint, click on the Resume link.
