Draft Complaint Case
As you start to enter Case
Details, the information is automatically saved in a draft format. On your Workbasket,
you will see the new case in the My Work
tab with the following descriptions.
| Field | Description |
| Case Ref | Not yet allocated. |
| Case Type / Case Title | Complaint / Subject of the complaint from the Case Title field. |
| Correspondent | Name of the correspondent. |
| Status / Due Date | Draft. This will stay as a draft until the case is allocated. |
| Information | Create Case |
| Actions | To add more information to the complaint, click on the Resume link. |
