Complaint Outcome
An outcome can be recorded against a Complaint case. To complete the Complaint Outcome, follow the steps below.
- Go to your Workbasket and click on the Manage link, in the Actions column, for the case that you would like to complete the Complaint Outcome for.
- On the left menu, click on the Complaint Outcome link.
- In the Complaint Outcome
field, click on the drop down arrow and select the relevant outcome.
- Upheld
- Partially upheld
- Not upheld - In the Learning Outcomes field, enter in any learning outcomes and any improvements that can be made to prevent further complaints in the future.
