Complaint Outcome

An outcome can be recorded against a Complaint case. To complete the Complaint Outcome, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to your Workbasket and click on the Manage link, in the Actions column, for the case that you would like to complete the Complaint Outcome for.
  2. On the left menu, click on the Complaint Outcome link.
  3. In the Complaint Outcome field, click on the drop down arrow and select the relevant outcome.
    - Upheld
    - Partially upheld
    - Not upheld
  4. In the Learning Outcomes field, enter in any learning outcomes and any improvements that can be made to prevent further complaints in the future.
