How to add an individual case to a Batch

An individual case can be added to a batch at any time if the user has the Manage Batch Responses privilege on their user account.

  1. Click on the Manage link to access the Case Details page of a correspondence case type.
  2. Scroll down to the Response Type field and click on the Edit link.
  3. In the Case Note field, enter a reason why the case is being added to the batch.
  4. In the Batch Response field, click on the drop down arrow to select the relevant batch for the case.
  5. Click on the Change Response Type button. The case has now been added to the batch.

    NOTE To see the batch details, click on the Case Details link to refresh the page.
