How to convert a Fast Track case into a full case
If a case has been sent to Fast Track, you can convert the Fast Track case into a full case on eCase. This allows you to complete the case through the normal workflow. To do this, follow the steps below.
- Select the case that you would like to convert into a full case by placing a tick in the Select tick box, then click on the Convert Selected to Full Case button.
- The Convert Selected Fast Track Cases pop up window appears. Click on the Assign To drop down to select the person you would like to assign the case to.
- Click on the Convert button. The case has moved off the Fast Track email list and is in the assigned team members workbasket in a draft format.
