How to convert a Fast Track case into a full case

If a case has been sent to Fast Track, you can convert the Fast Track case into a full case on eCase. This allows you to complete the case through the normal workflow. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Select the case that you would like to convert into a full case by placing a tick in the Select tick box, then click on the Convert Selected to Full Case button.
  2. The Convert Selected Fast Track Cases pop up window appears. Click on the Assign To drop down to select the person you would like to assign the case to.
  3. Click on the Convert button. The case has moved off the Fast Track email list and is in the assigned team members workbasket in a draft format.
