Configure eCase IdP Settings
To complete the setup, you will need to configure eCase to recognise Azure AD as a SAML Identity Provider on the SAML Settings page in eCase. eCase requires three values for token signing:
- the IdP Endpoint URL
- IdP Entity ID
- an X509 Certificate
You can find these on the Azure AD Single Sign-On configuration page.
Follow the steps below to add the values to eCase.
- Once signed into eCase, go to the More menu on the eCase menu bar and click on the drop down arrow.
- Select the SAML Settings link under the Settings column. The SAML Settings page appears.
- To configure eCase to recognise your IdP, copy the Login URL value from the Set up allocation section and enter it in the IdP Endpoint URL field.
- In the IdP Entity ID field, copy the Azure AD Identifier value from the Set up allocation section.
- In the IdP X.509 Certificate field, click the download link for the Certificate (Base64). Open the downloaded file in a text editor and copy the full value, including the “----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----” and “-----END CERTIFICATE------”
TIP Follow the instructions on the Test SAML Single Sign On Settings page prior to enabling SSO
