N10# Cases
If a request has come directly from Number 10 and you would like to respond to the case quickly and report on them separately, the request can be logged as a N10# case type rather than a Ministerial Correspondence case type. You can set the Case Target date based on when Number 10 would like the response back. Follow the same steps as the Ministerial Correspondence to process the case.
NOTE If you log the request as a Ministerial Correspondence case type and tick the Downing Street Request tick box, the case is highlighted as a Number 10 request
